Did you know? 39% of India's Population is aged below 14. India houses 19% of the world's population when it comes to children. Every 2nd child in India is subject to some form of sexual abuse, thereby snatching away their Masoom-iyat or Innocence.
The Yi vertical Masoom aims at spreading awareness among children and related stakeholders about Child sexual abuse [ CSA ] and empower them with aids to handle them effectively.
The aim of Masoom vertical 2016 is
1. Educated 25,000 rural children on CSA
2. Key Focus is 1000 children with special needs
As humans we understand that this is a social evil that needs to be eradicated on priority. In the words of Martin Luther King Jr - '' This world will suffer, not much for the evil done by the bad people but for the appalling silence of the good ones ''
Let us take action, however small it may be and put an end to this once and for all.

Darshan Mutha, is an Education Entrepreneur. He has been working in education administration for close to 17 years. He is the Managing Director of AdityaEdu Ventures, an education consulting and management company. He has worked on and incubated and operated close to 12 educational institutions in the country. He has worked with Jain Group of Institutions, University of Pittsburgh, Shasun Foundation, Panchshil and Muthoot Group among the many others.
Apart, he was the National YUVA Chair’s of CII Yi last year and now heads the New Membership Iniviative for Yi National. He has also represented India during the G20 Young Entrepreneur Summit,
Sharada is a seasoned Administrative Assistant with over 7 years of expertise in the field. She has extensive experience with all administrative tasks, including scheduling and correspondence. Sharada is able to tailor her skills to meet the needs of various clients. She is able to interact directly with potential and existing clients, and has increased customer satisfaction.
Sharada graduated from Bangalore University with a Bachelor of Commerce. She started her career with the IT Companies and served for over 4 years before joining the Private Companies.
Presently, Sharada is working for a management consultant company, Born to Win. Born to Win helps companies produce tangible, desired Results through a self-discovery process which transforms Team Members to perform effectively and to manage challenges continuously.
Being in Born to Win, she has learnt the art of facilitation and she facilitates the Probono program which Born to Win conducts for the underprivileged students to build their self confidence and how to make their dreams come to reality. In addition to her duties, Sharada volunteers in many programs organized by her community.
